Most ERP’s have a limit on the overall lines that can be dedicated to a delivery address as well as a limit on Characters per line.

If you receive a Delivery Address error, your customers address is too long to fit in the dedicated space within your ERP.

With Lucy, you can remove any unwanted data from a delivery address and click Save to that Lucy will automatically adjust the delivery address length the next time that she sees it for this Trading Partner.
