How to correct a Price Validation Error in Lucy


  • In this example, Lucy has found an incorrect price.
  • In the message review screen, you’ll see that Lucy has highlighted the incorrect price.

Lucy gives you a few options here:

  • You can either update the price to use whatever is listed in the ERP
  • You can override the ERP price and accept the customer’s purchase order price
  • Or you can enter a completely different value in the field.

In this case we’ll say the customer’s purchase order is incorrect and toggle the Update to ERP Price option on.

  • Click the Reprocess button and Lucy will complete the order.
