Some extra information on what is needed for Lucy to begin integrating your Trading Partner's orders

What is the Integrator?

The Integrator can be thought of as the translator between Lucy and your ERP software.  Like an Australian and an American, they both speak (roughly!) the same language, but the integrator ensures clarity and prevents those pesky misunderstandings (thongs, anyone?).

Lucy requests data from the ERP so that she can validate incoming orders, and the ERP sends that data back to Lucy. The integrator filters out irrelevant information, reducing overhead and improving processing time. Lucy ensures order data going back into the ERP has been vetted and is sound.

Integration Server Settings

We install the integrator software on a PC or server on your network, and tell it how to connect to your ERP. 

We'll configure all of this on your behalf during On-Boarding; there is no need to maintain this data yourself.

ERP Server Database Location

Let us know if you would like to use your test or live ERP database for On-Boarding and early use. We can change this over when you are ready to Go Live. 

Just provide the details of which you would like us to use (i.e. the pronto directory - /home/720/pronto/test/). 

Recommended ERP Access

    • User ID & Password for Lucy (you will advise us of details)
    • Access to LIVE and TEST Databases
    • PRONTO Level 8 access
    • Access to debtors, stock and sales order enquiries (or full access if you are OK with this)
    • Shell access for installation and any additional troubleshooting. 
    • Recommended access for driver and program updates.
    • Details of which data directory we should integrate to for Lucy (e.g. /home/720/pronto/live/)
