As Lucy requires a customers email address or domain to be linked to a Trading Partner, customers that send their Purchase Orders from certain types of ordering systems can result in their emails coming from system generated, generic or no-reply email addresses such as ‘noreply@unleashedsoftware.com,' and ‘accountright@apps.myob.com’ and 'noreply@unleashedsoftware.com’ to name a fewfor example.
If you receive emails from customers using this type of email address, then you’ll be required to take a couple of additional steps in order to teach Lucy who those customers are, and what Trading Partner you’d like their emails to be assigned to.
