How to get your orders into Lucy

Redirect your orders using your mail client

  • Your customers purchase order emails can be redirected to your Lucy mailbox (i.e. yourbusinesname@letlucy.biz)
  • We generally recommend using this method as it takes out the need for you to send the orders to your Lucy mailbox yourself. For more information on this please discuss with your I.T. Department.   • Please note that Lucy needs to know who the original sender of the email is so please ensure that the original senders email address is retained for any redirect rules that are created.
