When you email the Lucy team, the first thing we'll do is create a support ticket to track your enquiry. We'll send you that ticket number for reference. 

Found a problem?

If it turns out you've discovered a bug, we'll apologise profusely, thank you for alerting us, and get straight onto fixing it! 

We'll update you once the issue has been identified and we're testing the fix, then we'll let you know once that fix has been shipped and is live. 

Can't find the feature you need? 

If it's actually new functionality you're enquiring about, we'll submit your idea (thanks!) to our Lucy Ideas Portal.  Again, you'll be kept up-to-date on the status of your idea and can follow its progress.

Otherwise, we'll point you in the right direction with links to documentation in our Help Centre
