Lucy can be configured to understand what threshold you would accept when your customers Purchase Order Price doesn't quite match up with the price in your ERP.
The rules may seem complex at first, but the scenarios below should help you decide on the best way to configure Lucy so she does what other CSR's in your business would do.

There are 2 different sets of rules you can define in Lucy:

How do the rules work?
In order for Lucy to automatically accept a price, you will need to tell her the thresholds she needs to follow. It's important to note that both the percentage difference AND the dollar difference need to be within that threshold. Here are some examples:
