Who's Required - VIPs

Getting Lucy set up for your business is a collaborative effort - you don't have to do it all yourself!


We like to harness the knowledge within your organisation to ensure a smooth implementation. So during the on-boarding process, we recommend you call on your experts in the following areas: 


(lightbulb) IT / Infrastructure - someone technical, who can help with things like mail forwarding rules and integration setup. They'll essentially be the go to person or team, needed early on during the on-boarding process. For more on this, see our guide on Infrastructure - What's Required for PRONTO


(lightbulb) Customer Service - these people know your customers, products, and orders inside out, so it makes sense to have a representative from this team on board. Nominate your future local Lucy knowledge point! They're going to be indispensable during initial Assessment, Testing, Training and Go Live. If they're keen to start learning right away, our Lucy How-to articles are a great place to start.  


(lightbulb) IT / ERP - your local ERP (PRONTO, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dynamics AX, NAV, Netsuite etc...) guru will be best placed to assist with technical queries related to your ERP. 



We encourage you to involve any other resources you may require in the early stages. The more expertise we have to draw on, the quicker Lucy can begin handling your orders.
