Recommended ERP Access
- User ID & Password for Lucy (you will advise us of details)
- Access to LIVE and TEST Databases
- PRONTO Level 8 access
- Access to debtors, stock and sales order enquiries (or full access if you are OK with this)
- Shell access for installation and any additional troubleshooting.
- Recommended SFTP access for driver and program updates.
- Details of which data directory we should integrate to for Lucy (e.g. /home/720/pronto/live/)
