We'll update you once the issue has been identified and we're testing the fix, then we'll let you know once that fix has been shipped and is live.
Can't find the feature you need?
If it's actually new functionality you're enquiring about, we'll submit your idea (thanks!) to the Lucy Ideas Portal. Again, you'll be kept up-to-date on the status of your idea and can follow its progress.
